In case we haven't met, I'm Helen Hart. I was initiated into the first and second degree of the Usui System of Natural Healing (Reiki I and II) in 2005. Reiki has been a major part of my life for twenty years and I was initiated as a Reiki Master in 2013.
I’ve loved teaching Reiki since 2013 and I'm an endorsed Reiki Master and Teacher with the Australian Reiki Connection (ARC) Australia's leading Reiki Association and Peak Reiki Body - so you know you are in safe and experienced hands.
I offer my boutique Certified Reiki Training only a few times a year. This allows me to truly focus on you as my student and get to know you and your unique story enabling me to support you in the best way possible.

1st degree, Reiki I or Shoden in Japanese, is the entry-level Reiki training. You will learn all about the history of Reiki & how to apply it to your life.
