Through my therapeutic sessions, programs and workshops, I use a unique combination of science with esoteric methods. These include Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Meditation, Yoga philosophy and Neuroscientific Strategies, which means you can feel confident you are receiving a holistic approach.
 

In your session you will be introduced to your conscious and sub-conscious resources, so you can dip into them regardless of what life throws at you. Which means you'll have the tools to understand yourself, manage stress and create a life you love to live (regardless of what’s going on around you!).

I specialise in anxiety, trauma and relationships (especially the relationships we have with ourselves). My greatest wish is for everyone to rediscover their magic and embrace love + life with grit and meaning.
