Mindful Meditations

We will be doing longer meditations as we progress, but here's a short five minute meditation to get you started.  

 

A lot of people tell me their major challenge is time, but we've all got five minutes.  So, this week complete this short meditation at least once a day, as well as your daily mindfulness exercise.

Ensure that you're all set up with your posture inline and 5 mins to spare. It is best to sit on a chair or on the floor.  Once you know the process you can do it without the recording or use the recording each time if it helps.

​

Remember if your mind wanders, simply bring your attention back to your breath or my words and 'Don't Beat Yourself Up'!
