Mindful Meditations

A lot of people tell me their major challenge is lack of time, but we've all got five minutes.

Try this 'finding calm' meditation once a day.  Repetition is the key to success.  

​

Ensure you won't be disturbed, get comfy and set aside 5 mins. It is best to sit on a chair or on the floor.  Once you know the process you can do it without the recording or use the recording each time if it helps.

​

Remember if your mind wanders, simply bring your attention back to your breath or my words and 'Don't Beat Yourself Up'!  Our minds are designed to think so it may wander and that is okay.
